Safe access and clear expectations. These service notes are also included with applicable estimates and invoices.

Pre-existing leaks

Calgary Pressure Wash cannot be held responsible for leaks or damage caused by pre-existing leaking floors or ductwork.

Roof access and weather

Roof access must be safe and is weather permitting. If safe access cannot be obtained in a timely manner, roof work may be deferred to the next service visit.

Certified and compliant

Calgary Pressure Wash is certified under AB137-1. Our service documentation reflects NFPA #96 and Alberta Fire Code compliance.
